Meet Nat 🤍

Nat Soul to Soul Squeeze. Nat is the founder of our beautiful sanctuary here, and has been teaching every class since 2020. Nat has completed her Yoga, Pilates and Barre Teacher Training through Essence of Living and is constantly continuing to expand on her knowledge. Nat is a dedicated Yoga and Pilates teacher with a heart-centered approach to wellness. With a background steeped in both traditional wisdom and modern techniques, Nat brings a unique blend of mindfulness, alignment, and soulful connection to every class. Guiding students with warmth and encouragement, Nat empowers individuals to explore their bodies, minds, and spirits, fostering growth and self-discovery with each breath. Meet Lola 🤍

Lola is a yoga teacher with over two years of teaching experience and a long-standing love for yoga. Her classes blend Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, with gentle touches of Yin, creating practices that feel supportive, flowing, and easy to settle into.

Lola brings a broad yogic background into her teaching, including AcroYoga and Kirtan, which add a beautiful sense of connection, rhythm, and playfulness to her classes. Beyond the mat, Lola offers Zenthai massage, allowing her care for clients to extend beyond the mat through nurturing, hands-on bodywork.

What people really notice about Lola is how seen and cared for they feel in her classes. She has a deep understanding of the body and a natural compassion that helps her meet each person exactly where they are. Lola often incorporates sound bowls into her classes, adding a calming, grounding layer that many students absolutely love.

Meet Lilly 🤍

Lilly is a passionate yoga practitioner and instructor, on a mission to guide others toward holistic well-being. Lilly has always been on the administration side of things here at Soul Squeeze, but in April 2024 she finished her 200 hr Yoga TT with the Merry Maker Sisters. With a nurturing spirit and a deep reverence for the ancient practice, Lilly seamlessly blends mindful movement, breath work, and spiritual exploration in her classes. Rooted in authenticity and compassion, each session with Lilly invites students to cultivate strength, balance, and inner peace on and off the mat. Embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation with Lilly! She can’t wait to meet YOU on the mat soon!

Brad

Meet Brad 🤍

Many of you may already recognise Brad from Soul Squeeze events, where he’s been sharing his beautiful sound healing and calming presence. Brad is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and sound healing practitioner with a background in Exercise and Sports Science.

His teaching style is warm, grounded, and welcoming, blending an evidence-based understanding of the body and nervous system with slower, more introspective practices. Brad loves creating spaces where people can slow down, soften, and truly let go.

Through Yin yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, he supports students to unwind from stress, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves. He believes that when we give the body and mind the right conditions, stillness and balance arise naturally.

You’ll leave Brad’s classes feeling calm, supported, and gently restored—perfect if you’re craving rest, nervous system regulation, or simply a moment to pause.
